By using Murray’s Collision Concierge™, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Eligibility & Consent

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to make decisions about the repair and handling of the vehicle. Use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

 

2. Service Limitations

Concierge service availability may depend on your location, time of year, vehicle type, and other logistical factors. We reserve the right to modify or cancel services at any time with notice.

 

3. Estimates & Repairs

​

All estimates are subject to visual inspection and insurer approval. Final repairs are based on current labor, parts availability, and manufacturer recommendations.

 

4. Communication & Authorization

​

You consent to being contacted via email, phone, or text regarding services, updates, or billing. You authorize us to initiate communication with your insurer and other involved parties.

5. Liability

 

Murray’s Collision Concierge™ is not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers, weather, or parts shortages. We will do our best to minimize disruption and communicate proactively.

6. Modifications

​

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after updates constitutes your acceptance.
